By participating, the participant accepts the terms and conditions of participation mentioned here.

  2. The opportunity to participate in the competition begins on December 2, 2018, and ends on December 4, 2018, at 11:59 PM. Participation is open to anyone who fulfills the respective tasks and conditions of participation.
  3. Only one entry per person is permitted.
  4. Eligible participants are persons residing in Germany & Austria who have reached the age of 18.
  5. The prize includes 1 online voucher worth €50.00 (valid indefinitely).
  6. The prize will be raffled among all participating persons who have liked the competition post on the katzenart Facebook FanPage and left a comment under the competition post during the competition period.
  7. Among all participants who fulfill both conditions, the winner will be determined randomly on Wednesday, December 5, 2018, and informed via Facebook by personal message and asked for his/her postal address.
  8. The winner must accept the prize within 7 days of notification via email or via Facebook by personal message and provide the address for shipping the prize. The prize will be sent to the communicated address. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the provided data. If the winner does not respond within the specified period, the claim to the prize expires, and the prize will be raffled again.
  9. The participant expressly agrees that the personal data provided by the participant in connection with this competition will be collected, processed, and used by Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart for the purpose of conducting the competition and any prize processing, in compliance with data protection regulations.
  10. We also refer to our data protection provisions.
  11. The participant is free at any time to revoke the aforementioned consent to storage by written revocation to Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart.
  12. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged or paid out in cash.
  13. Legal recourse is excluded.
  14. Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition without stating reasons if there is suspicion of manipulation.
  15. Should individual clauses be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining clauses remains unaffected. German law applies.
  16. Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart reserves the right to terminate the competition at any time, in whole or in part, even without observing deadlines. This applies in particular if proper execution is not guaranteed for technical (e.g., manipulation) or legal reasons (e.g., prohibition by Facebook).
  17. The competition is not connected to Facebook and is in no way sponsored, supported, or organized by Facebook. The recipient of the information you provide is not Facebook, but the administrator of this page. The information you provide will only be used for this competition.
