Terms and Conditions of Participation

By participating, the participant accepts the terms and conditions of participation stated here.

2. The opportunity to participate in the prize draw begins on April 14, 2019, and ends on May 22, 2019, at 11:59 PM. Participation is granted to those who fulfill the respective tasks and conditions of participation.
3. Only one entry per person is permitted.
4. Eligible participants are persons residing in Germany & Austria who have reached the age of 18.
5. The prize includes 1 climbing wall set KATZENA(R)Thletic consisting of jumping poles. The wood color combination can be selected from the current shop offer. Wood colors: white, white-cherry, white-walnut, white-blue, white-green, natural (transparent)
6. The prize will be raffled among all participating persons who have liked the prize draw post on the katzenart.com Instagram account during the prize draw period, posted a picture of their cat with the hashtag #katzenkletterstar, and tagged @katzenart_com in the image description.
7. Among all participants who fulfill all 3 conditions, the winner will be determined by random draw on Tuesday, May 23, 2019, and informed via Instagram by personal message, and asked for the desired KATZENA(R)Thletic variant and his/her postal address.
8. The winner must accept the prize within 7 days of notification by email or via Instagram by personal message and provide the address for shipping the prize. The prize will be sent to the provided address. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. If the winner does not respond within the specified period, the claim to the prize will expire, and the prize will be redrawn.
9. The participant expressly agrees that the personal data provided by the participant in connection with this prize draw will be collected, processed, and used by Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart for the purpose of conducting the prize draw and a possible prize settlement, in compliance with data protection regulations.
10. In addition, we refer to our Privacy Policy.
11. The participant is free at any time to revoke the above consent to storage by written revocation addressed to Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart.
12. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged or paid out in cash.
13. The decision of the judges is final.
14. Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart reserves the right to exclude participants from the prize draw without giving reasons if there is suspicion of manipulation.
15. Should individual clauses be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining clauses shall remain unaffected. German law applies.
16. Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart reserves the right to terminate the prize draw at any time, in whole or in part, even without observing notice periods. This applies in particular if, for technical reasons (e.g., manipulation) or legal reasons (e.g., prohibition by Instagram), proper execution cannot be guaranteed.
17. The prize draw is not associated with Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported, or organized by Instagram. The recipient of the information you provide is not Facebook, but the person responsible for this page. The information you provide will only be used for this prize draw.
