Terms and Conditions of Participation

By participating, the participant accepts the terms and conditions of participation stated herein.

2. The opportunity to participate in the competition begins on 08.12.2019 and ends on 14.12.2019 at 23:59. Participation is open to anyone who fulfills the respective tasks and conditions of participation.
3. Only one entry per person is possible.
4. Eligible participants are persons residing in Germany, Austria & Switzerland who have reached the age of 18.
5. The prize includes 1 online voucher worth €50.00 (valid indefinitely).
6. The prize will be raffled among all participating persons who follow the katzenart.com Instagram account and have liked the competition post on the katzenart.com Instagram account during the competition period and tagged a friend in a comment below the competition post.
7. Among all participants who fulfill all 3 conditions, the winner will be determined by random draw on Sunday, December 15, 2019, and informed via Instagram by personal message and asked for his/her postal address.
8. The winner must accept the prize within 7 days of notification by email or via Instagram by personal message and provide the address for sending the prize. The prize will be sent to the communicated address. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the provided data. If the winner does not respond within the specified period, the claim to the prize expires, and the prize will be redrawn.
9. The participant expressly agrees that the personal data provided by the participant in connection with this competition will be collected, processed, and used by Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart for the purpose of carrying out the competition and any prize fulfillment, in compliance with data protection regulations.
10. We also refer to our Privacy Policy.
11. The participant is free at any time to revoke the aforementioned consent to storage by written revocation to die Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart.
12. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or paid out in cash.
13. Legal recourse is excluded.

15. Should individual clauses be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining clauses remains unaffected. German law applies.
16. Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart reserves the right to terminate the competition at any time, in whole or in part, even without observing deadlines. This applies in particular if proper execution cannot be guaranteed due to technical (e.g., manipulation) or legal reasons (e.g., prohibition by Instagram).
17. The competition is in no way associated with Instagram and is not sponsored, endorsed, or organized by Instagram. The recipient of the information you provide is not Facebook, but the administrator of this page. The information you provide will be used solely for this competition.
