Terms and Conditions of Participation

By participating, the participant accepts the terms and conditions of participation stated herein.

2. The opportunity to participate in the competition begins on 15.12.2019 and ends on 21.12.2019 at 23:59. Participation is open to those who fulfill the respective tasks and conditions of participation.
3. Only one entry per person is permitted.
4. Eligible to participate are persons residing in Germany, Austria & Switzerland who have reached the age of 18.
5. The prize includes 1 online voucher worth €50.00 (valid indefinitely).
6. The prize will be raffled among all participating individuals who follow the katzenart.com Instagram account, have liked the competition post on the katzenart.com Instagram account during the competition period, and have used one of the new katzenart stickers in their Instagram Story, tagging the katzenart.com Instagram account in it.
7. Among all participants who fulfill all conditions, the winner will be determined randomly on Sunday, December 22, 2019, and will be informed via Instagram by personal message and asked for their postal address.
8. The winner must accept the prize within 7 days of notification by email or via Instagram by personal message and provide the address for shipping the prize. The prize will be sent to the provided address. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. If the winner does not respond within the specified period, the claim to the prize expires and the prize will be re-raffled.
9. The participant expressly agrees that the personal data provided by the participant in connection with this competition will be collected, processed, and used by Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart for the purpose of carrying out the competition and a possible prize settlement in compliance with data protection regulations.
10. We also refer to our Privacy Policy.
11. The participant is free at any time to revoke the above consent to storage by written revocation to Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart.
12. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or paid out in cash.
13. The decision of the judges is final.
14. Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition without stating reasons if there is suspicion of manipulation.
15. Should individual clauses be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining clauses remains unaffected. German law applies.
16. Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart reserves the right to terminate the competition at any time, in whole or in part, even without notice. This applies in particular if, for technical (e.g. manipulation) or legal reasons (e.g. prohibition by Instagram), proper execution cannot be guaranteed.
17. The competition is not affiliated with Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported, or organized by Instagram. The recipient of the information you provide is not Facebook, but the owner of this page. The information you provide will be used solely for this competition.
