By participating, the participant accepts the terms and conditions of participation stated here.

  2. The opportunity to participate in the competition begins on April 10, 2020 and ends on April 13, 2020 at 11:59 PM. Participation is open to anyone who fulfills the respective tasks and conditions of participation.
  3. Only one entry per person is possible.
  4. Eligible to participate are persons residing in Germany, Austria & Switzerland who have reached the age of 18.
  5. The prize includes 1 online voucher worth €100.00 (valid indefinitely).
  6. The prize will be raffled among all participants who follow the katzenart.com Instagram account, who liked the competition post on the katzenart.com Instagram account during the competition period, and who left a comment under the earlier post on the katzenart.com Instagram account, in whose text several of these emojis 🐰🐇🥚 were placed by katzenart. Whether the correct post has been found can be recognized by the fact that the text refers to the Easter promotion.
  7. Among all participants who fulfill all conditions, the winner will be determined by random draw on Tuesday, April 14, 2020, and informed via Instagram by personal message.
  8. The winner must accept the prize within 7 days of notification by email or via Instagram by personal message and provide the address for shipping the prize. The prize will be sent to the address provided. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. If the winner does not respond within the specified period, the claim to the prize expires and the prize will be re-drawn.
  9. The participant expressly agrees that the personal data provided by the participant in connection with this competition will be collected, processed, and used by Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart for the purpose of carrying out the competition and a possible prize settlement, in compliance with data protection regulations.
  10. Furthermore, we refer to our data protection regulations.
  11. The participant is free at any time to revoke the above consent to storage by written revocation to Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart.
  12. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged or paid out in cash.
  13. Legal recourse is excluded.
  14. Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition without giving reasons if there is suspicion of manipulation.
  15. Should individual clauses be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining clauses remains unaffected. German law applies.
  16. Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart reserves the right to terminate the competition at any time, in whole or in part, even without observing deadlines. This applies in particular if, for technical reasons (e.g. manipulation) or legal reasons (e.g. prohibition by Instagram), proper execution is not guaranteed.
  17. The competition is in no way connected to Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Instagram. The recipient of the information you provide is not Facebook, but the person responsible for this page. The information you provide will only be used for this competition.
