Terms and Conditions of Participation

By participating, the participant accepts the terms and conditions stated herein.

2. The opportunity to participate in the competition begins on March 25, 2021 and ends on March 29, 2021 at 11:59 PM. Participation is open to those who fulfill the respective tasks and conditions of participation.
3. Only one entry per person is permitted.
4. Eligible participants are persons residing in Germany, Austria & Switzerland who are at least 18 years old.
5. The prize includes two cat puzzles from our online shop - CAT PUZZLES
6. The prize - two cat puzzles - will be raffled among all participants who follow the katzenart.com Instagram account, have liked one of the two competition posts on the katzenart.com Instagram account during the competition period, have solved one of the katzenart Instagram Story puzzles, and have shared it in their Instagram Story and tagged the katzenart Instagram account.

   How to solve the Instagram puzzle:

   • Take a screenshot of the puzzle template (you can find this in the katzenart Story during the competition period)
   • Add the screenshot to your Story
   • Press the sticker icon in the upper Instagram Story bar
   • Select GIF
   • Enter #katzenart in the search bar
   • Select a puzzle piece
   • Press the sticker icon again and select another puzzle piece
   • Place the puzzle pieces in the correct position - rotating and resizing them as needed
7. Among all participants who fulfill all conditions, the two winners will be determined randomly on Tuesday, March 30, 2021, and informed via Instagram personal message, and asked for their postal address.
8. The winner must accept the prize within 7 days of notification via email or Instagram personal message and provide the address for shipping the prize. The prize will be sent to the provided address. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. If the winner does not respond within the specified period, the claim to the prize expires, and the prize will be re-raffled.
9. The participant expressly agrees that the personal data provided by the participant in connection with this competition will be collected, processed, and used by Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart for the purpose of carrying out the competition and a possible prize settlement, in compliance with data protection regulations.
10. Furthermore, we refer to our data protection regulations.
11. The participant is free at any time to revoke the aforementioned consent to storage by written notice to Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart.
12. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged or paid out in cash.
13. The decision of the judges is final.
14. Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition without giving reasons if there is suspicion of manipulation.
15. Should individual clauses be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining clauses shall remain unaffected. German law applies.
16. Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart reserves the right to terminate the competition at any time, in whole or in part, even without prior notice. This applies in particular if, for technical (e.g., manipulation) or legal reasons (e.g., prohibition by Instagram), proper execution cannot be guaranteed.
17. The competition is not affiliated with Instagram and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or organized by Instagram. The recipient of the information you provide is not Facebook, but the person responsible for this page. The information you provide will be used solely for this competition.
