Terms and Conditions of Participation

By participating, the participant accepts the terms and conditions of participation stated herein.

2. The opportunity to participate in the prize draw begins on December 2, 2022, and runs until December 7, 2022 - 11:59 p.m. Participation is open to anyone who fulfills the respective tasks and conditions of participation.
3. Only one entry per person is permitted.
4. Eligible participants are persons residing in Germany, Austria & Switzerland who are 18 years of age or older.
5. The prize includes a katzenart scratching board "kratzBAR".
6. The prize will be raffled among all participating persons who took part in the "free scratching" game on the katzenart website and fulfilled the tasks.
7. Among all participants who fulfill all conditions, one winner will be determined by random selection and informed via Instagram by personal message no later than Friday, December 9, 2022, and asked for his/her postal address.
8. The winner must accept the prize within 7 days of notification via email or Instagram by personal message and provide the address for shipping the prize. The prize will be sent to the provided address. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the provided data. If the winner does not respond within the specified period, the claim to the prize expires, and the prize will be re-drawn.
9. The participant expressly agrees that the personal data provided by the participant in connection with this prize draw will be collected, processed, and used by Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart for the purpose of conducting the prize draw and a possible prize settlement, in compliance with data protection regulations.
10. We also refer to our Privacy Policy.
11. The participant is free at any time to revoke the aforementioned consent to storage by written revocation to Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart.
12. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged or paid out in cash.
13. Legal recourse is excluded.
14. Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart reserves the right to exclude participants from the prize draw without giving reasons if there is suspicion of manipulation.
15. Should individual clauses be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining clauses shall remain unaffected. German law applies.
16. Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart reserves the right to terminate the prize draw completely or in part at any time, even without notice. This applies in particular if proper execution is not guaranteed for technical (e.g., manipulation) or legal reasons (e.g., prohibition by Instagram).
17. The prize draw is not associated with Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported, or organized by Instagram. The recipient of the information you provide is not Facebook, but the person responsible for this page. The information you provide will only be used for this prize draw.
