By participating, the participant accepts the terms and conditions stated herein.

  2. The opportunity to participate in the competition begins on 08.04.2023 and ends on 16.04.2023 at 11:59 PM. Participation is open to anyone who fulfills the respective tasks and conditions of participation.
  3. Only one entry per person is permitted.
  4. Persons residing in Germany, Austria & Switzerland who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate.
  5. The prize includes 1 online voucher worth €100.00 for our online shop. The voucher is valid indefinitely and can be redeemed for our cat furniture.
  6. The prize will be drawn among all participating individuals who participated in our Easter egg hunt on our website and found, liked, and commented on the desired image post on our Instagram or Facebook account.
  7. Among all participants who fulfill all conditions, the winner will be determined by random drawing on Monday, April 17, 2023, and informed via Instagram by personal message.
  8. The winner must accept the prize within 7 days of notification by email or via Instagram by personal message and provide the address for shipping the prize. The prize will be sent to the provided address. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. If the winner does not respond within the specified period, the claim to the prize expires and the prize will be redrawn.
  9. The participant expressly agrees that the personal data provided by the participant in connection with this competition will be collected, processed, and used by Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart for the purpose of conducting the competition and any prize fulfillment, in compliance with data protection regulations.
  10. We also refer to our data protection regulations.
  11. The participant is free at any time to revoke the aforementioned consent to storage by written revocation to Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart.
  12. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or paid out in cash.
  13. The decision of the judges is final.
  14. Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition without giving reasons if there is suspicion of manipulation.
  15. Should individual clauses be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining clauses shall remain unaffected. German law applies.
  16. Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart reserves the right to end the competition at any time, completely or partially, even without notice. This applies in particular if proper execution is not guaranteed due to technical (e.g., manipulation) or legal reasons (e.g., prohibition by Instagram).
  17. The competition is not connected to Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported, or organized by Instagram. The recipient of the information you provide is not Facebook, but the person responsible for this page. The information you provide will be used solely for this competition.
