Terms and Conditions

By participating, the participant accepts the terms and conditions stated here.

1. The organizer of the competition is Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart, An der Industriebahn 12-16 | Gebäude 409a, 13088 Berlin, Germany, E-mail: info@katzenart.com, Tel: +49(0) 30 20 9532 93
2. The opportunity to participate in the competition starts on 10.02.2021 and ends on 14.02.2021 at 23:59. Participation is open to those who fulfill the respective tasks and conditions of participation.
3. Only one entry per person is permitted.
4. Persons residing in Germany, Austria & Switzerland who are over 18 years of age are eligible to participate.
5. The prize includes two 1 paper model SET from our online shop - P A P E R  M O D E L  S E T.
6. The prize - two 1 paper model sets - will be raffled among all participants who follow the katzenart.com Instagram account, liked the competition post on the katzenart.com Instagram account during the competition period, and sent a picture of a cat performing one of the following poses - sitting, stretching, begging - to katzenart via Instagram messages or shared it in their Instagram story and tagged the katzenart.com Instagram account in it.
7. Among all participants who fulfill all conditions, the two winners will be determined by random drawing on Monday, 15.02.2021, and informed via Instagram by personal message and asked for their postal address.
8. The winner must accept the prize within 7 days of notification by email or via Instagram by personal message and provide the address for sending the prize. The prize will be sent to the address provided. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. If the winner does not respond within the specified period, the claim to the prize expires and the prize will be drawn again.
9. The participant expressly agrees that the personal data provided by the participant in connection with this competition will be collected, processed and used by Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart for the purpose of carrying out the competition and a possible prize settlement in compliance with data protection regulations.
10. We also refer to our data protection regulations.
11. The participant is free at any time to withdraw the aforementioned consent to storage by written revocation to Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart.
12. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged or paid out in cash.
13. The decision of the judges is final.
14. Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition without stating reasons in case of suspected manipulation.
15. Should individual clauses be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining clauses remains unaffected. German law applies.
16. Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart reserves the right to terminate the competition at any time, in whole or in part, even without prior notice. This applies in particular if, for technical (e.g., manipulation) or legal reasons (e.g., prohibition by Instagram), proper execution cannot be guaranteed.
17. The competition is not affiliated with Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported, or organized by Instagram. The recipient of the information you provide is not Facebook, but the person responsible for this page. The information you provide will only be used for this competition.
