Assembly

We recommend a 2-person assembly.

The floor-standing version is designed for a firm, smooth surface. If you have a different type of flooring (e.g., carpet), please contact us.

The plateau is attached to the wall with 3 screws (plateau width 35cm) or 4 screws (plateau width 50cm). The climbing scratching post is firmly connected to the wall bracket & plateau with two threaded screws.

For assembly, you only need a drill, a screwdriver, a spirit level & a ladder.

We will supply you with dowels, screws, an Allen key, assembly instructions & drilling templates.

The mounting set includes dowels and screws suitable for solid/load-bearing walls made of concrete and solid brick.

Please ensure that the wall intended for mounting is sufficiently stable to bear the weight.

Going up is usually not a problem for cats – the descent is often the greater challenge. That's why we recommend offering your cat descent aids.

Several intermediate levels are ideal, allowing your cat a safe and relaxed way down.

You can easily integrate existing furniture – for example, shelves, chests of drawers - ensure non-slip landing spots - sofa, armchair, stool, or our jumping logs.

Trunk • pure climbing fun

Our trunks are also angular and real eye-catchers.

For stability and optical reasons, we make our trunks from a single piece of wood - so the trunk is not visually interrupted by any connecting piece.

We cover the sturdy solid wood trunk with sisal carpet. The sisal carpet gives the scratching post a natural touch and isextremely robust and excellent for climbing.

For trunk lengths of 118cm and 148cm, a strip ensures that the sisal does not fray at the connection points - thus increasing thelongevity.

So that you can match the style of your living space, you can choose from3 trunk colors.

For PURE CLIMBING FUN, we omit intermediate levels on our scratching column. We have chosen a particularly large distance of24cm - so your cat canclimb around the trunk or simply hang stretched out and stretch.

Claw care happens playfully.

Through the MOVEMENT on the trunk, your cat canstay fit and train its muscles. It can live out its natural behavior, race up a 'tree trunk' and keep an OVERVIEW from an elevated position.

Choice of trunk position • The trunk is located either at the left or right front corner of the platform. Choose the position that best suits your intended mounting location.

Platform • relax comfortably

A felt mat on the platform providesfirm grip when climbing onto the platform, issoft & comfortable when sitting andcozy for the cat's belly when lying down.

The raw material felt is characterized by many positive properties. It is heat and cold insulating, air permeable, dirt repellent and dimensionally stable.

The wall part of the platformprotects the wall from discoloration. Your cat can lounge & romp on the platform without you having to worry about dirt on the wall.

All mounting holes are placed so that you have enough space when tightening by hand or with a cordless screwdriver and do not accidentally scratch the surfaces.

Is the wall-mounted climbing-scratching post really stable?

The climbing and scratching post is designed for maximum stability and long-term use – perfect for active cats. Thanks to wall mounting, everything stays firmly and securely in place, without wobbling or giving way – even during wild climbing sessions.

Made from solid wood (instead of cardboard tubes) and supplemented by a robust birch plywood construction, it impresses with high load capacity and exceptional durability.

Can the sisal post be replaced?

All elements can be reordered individually at any time. This allows you to flexibly adapt your climbing and scratching post – whether to try out a new variant or because your home has changed.

What if my cat doesn't use the scratching post?

Most cats quickly understand how everything works. If your cat is a bit reserved at first, that's completely normal – new things are often observed cautiously at first.

With a few simple ideas, you can make it easier for her to get started:

Playful introduction

Move a toy along the trunk or upwards – this way, your cat will discover for herself how well she can climb and scratch on it.

Utilize curiosity

Let the toy disappear from view for a moment or appear on the top platform – this awakens the explorer instinct.

Incorporate movement

First, play through the room and then guide the game towards the scratching post – this way, it's directly associated with something positive.

Work with rewards

A small treat on a higher level can provide additional motivation.

Don't forget the way back down

Make sure your cat can also get down easily – for example, via nearby furniture, additional elements, or jumping posts. If the descent feels safe, the scratching post will be accepted much faster.

In most cases, it doesn't take long for initial skepticism to turn into a new favorite spot.

Is there anything else I need to consider?

Please remember to offer your cat safe climbing aids. Ideally, there should be several intermediate levels, such as shelves, chests of drawers - make sure they have non-slip landing spots - a sofa, armchair, stool, or our hopping posts.
