Erstmal möchte ich den tollen Service loben. Ich habe beim bestellen nicht richtig aufgepasst und versehentlich als „Selbstabholer“ bestellt. Darauf wurde ich freundlich hingewiesen und mit der Bitte die Versand Gebühren zu überweisen, konnte der Baum dann Problemlos verschickt werden.
Der Baum selbst wird von beiden sehr gut angenommen. Irgendwer liegt immer drin oder kratzt rum.
Ein tolles Produkt mit einem leicht zu reinigenden Stoff.

Ich hab die beiden Stufen als Zusatz zum Kratzbaum gekauft, und sie passen perfekt in die Wohnung! Mein Katze benützt sie, um vom Kratzbaum herunterzugelangen. Sie sind der Hit ;-)
Wunderschön verarbeiteter Kratzbaum, der perfekt in meine Wohnung passt. Meine Katze klettert ohne Weiteres bis nach oben (ich hab mich für den langen Stamm entschieden), und benützt die Plattform als weiteren Schlafplatz. Zusätzlich hab ich zwei Stufen montiert, auch die funktionieren tadellos. Es ist das Geld definitiv wert!

Das Element tut, was es soll. Hervorheben möchte ich aber den tollen Service: Ich wurde kontaktiert, da ich für meinen Zweck (Erweiterung eines vorhandenen Kratzbretts) zu viel bestellt hatte. Die Bestellung wurde entsprechend korrigiert und war kurze Zeit später direkt abholbereit. Top!

Great minimalistic design, high quality materials, and impeccable overall quality where all parts sit together. Comes with everything that Is needed to attach it to the wall. It takes some time to arrive, but I also like the sustainability aspect that it is made to order.
Wir sind sehr zufrieden - sieht super aus, ist leicht aufzubauen und ist toll für die Katzen.
Der Kratzstamm ist sehr hochwertig und von sehr guter Qualität. Es lohnt sich, sofern es einem möglich ist, etwas mehr Geld auszugeben. Qualität macht sich letztendlich immer bezahlt! Außerdem sieht er mit seinem schlichten und wertigen Design toll aus.

For mounting, you only need a drill, a screwdriver & a spirit level.
We supply high-quality wall plugs & screws.
The mounting set includes wall plugs and screws that are suitable for solid/load-bearing walls made of concrete and solid brick.

We pack and cushion with paper and cardboard - we don't put plastic in our boxes.
